Harvest

It’s been very rainy at this location. Farmers say there was drought for the last two years and this year’s rain brought floods and delay in the harvest. It is the end of July and the local wheat (landrace) can be harvested only now. The farmers were looking for big harvesting machines (note to mom: study the English names for farm machinery) that would come from nearby cities but they did not come. So, they started harvest as they always do, open the sides by hand then take the rest by the tractor and its equipment, move the harvest to the village, then separate the wheat and the hay. Mom went to harvest herself. I slept for two hours this morning ;) so when mom came back I was in nice mood.
