Mom gave her feedback presentation yesterday. It was more people than she expected but all the stakeholders were there. Today (July 31), we are at the local wheat festival. They were not sure whether they would do it because of financial reasons but here we go! It is only for one day, a local singer (who is 10 years old and competing at the National Talent Idol) took stage at 9 pm. Mom’s contact’s family (who have been very nice and invited us to a picnic and made delicious meatballs and served it with watermelon—yummy) cooked the local wheat dish with local herbs and yogurt. There were hundreds of people (dad guesses over 1500 people—many of the people in the town of 2900 people and their guests from nearby towns and the city came). And they made two giant cauldrons of this dish. It was the best I ever ate (I guess also the first)
