Yes, the molars are here. Top ones already out. I'm working on the bottom ones. I also have a canine up trying to come out. And yes, they hurt a lot. I have oodles of sleepless hours. I actually gave lots of clues to mom. She only understood after seeing my upper molars when they were already out.
